The test procedure for confirmatory testing is simple and fast:

1. After you did get the positive test result with CheckMate Infidelity home test kit, wet the suspect stain with several drops of drinking water.
2. Swab the wetted area with cotton swab includes in the test kit.
3. Cut off the cotton swab end and place it in to the provided vial.
4. Add 20 drops more of drinking water into the vial and close it.
5. After shaking the vial for 60 seconds, collect small volume of mixed liquid from the vial with the dropper included in the kit.
6. Place 4 drops of liquid into round hole on test cassette In 10 minutes, read the test results.
7. Two lines mean positive result (semen presented in the suspicious stain).
8. Only one line at the C area provides negative result (suspected is not a semen)
9. No any lines possible only if test was spoiled or you did some mistake in procedure.
